Resolution: We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 days, as required under the IT Rules, 2021 and DPDP Rules, 2025. Data Principal complaints under the DPDP Act will be resolved within timelines prescribed by the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India (for data protection matters) or to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court, or from exercising statutory rights before the Data Protection Board of India or applicable consumer forums.
